Hot and Cold Sleeve  Â
Cold helps reduce pain and swelling, while heat helps relieve muscle aches and stiffness.

Cold Therapy:Â Â
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours inside the plastic bag provided (or use your own freezer bag). Place on desired area for approximately 15 minutes for ideal recommended use. Â

Hot Therapy:Â Â
Remove sleeve from any plastic bags and make sure it is not cold and at room temperature. Sleeve CANNOT be cold. Microwave at 30 seconds and add 10 second increments until it reaches desired temperature, max Temperature is 60°C.

Cautions and WarningsÂ
Do not apply to injuries with inflammation, or injured skin with bleeding. Avoid hot therapy for unconfirmed acute abdomen ache, infected facial areas, or any visceral bleeding or parenchyma contusion. For external use only. If inner liquid contacts eyes or skin when the packing is broken, wash with clean water. If the pack is punctured or opened and the solution is swallowed, drink plenty of water. Do not puncture the pack with sharp objects or press with heavy objects. Do not strike or stand on the pack. Do not eat it. Keep out of the reach of children. Always use under adult supervision. Cease use if the pack causes any discomfort. Consult with your doctor if you have any health concerns.Â

Storage ConditionsÂ
Store the product in a sealed bag and in a shadowed and dry area.
